Customising Your Diary

Customising Your DiaryScreen Printing on Promotional Diaries

When we screen print your unique design onto the outer cover of a diary, we utilise a specially cut stencil featuring your logo. We place this logo onto a fine mesh which we then stamp onto the book surface, forcing the ink from the stencil through the mesh. If your design features multiple colours, we apply each colour using a different stencil, one at a time until the image is complete.

Screen printing is one of the most popular methods for branding on promotional diaries as it allows for vibrant, dynamic and colourful printing at an affordable price.

Advantages of Screen Printing

Screen printing is an excellent technique for producing printed promotional merchandise of a large scale. Screen printing imprints high-quality images on most available flat materials. As we complete the screen print process by hand, it allows for a variance on surfaces and positions for printing.  The design fashioned by a screen print is long lasting and durable. Best of all, screen printing is cost-effective and doesn't incur a high cost per application per unit, making it a very attractive option for the budget conscious.

Disadvantages of Screen Printing

One of the negatives for screen printing is that it is expensive to apply multiple colours using this technique. Another issue is that it works better for simple designs and is not ideal for printing intricate, small-scale logo images. However, screen printing remains the best option when it comes to affordable, single-colour logo branding.
